I study the means we have available to draw conclusions from thought experiments in science and philosophy. This makes my interests ricochet among philosophical methodology, cognitive science, epistemology and general philosophy of science. My abiding side interest is the work of Friedrich Waismann. Please feel free to contact me in all matters Waismann. Before joining Pitt HPS I studied and lectured at the University of Vienna and the University of Klagenfurt, where I completed my magister degree in philosophy.
