My research interests lie in philosophy of causation and how it relates to issues in philosophy of physics, metaphysics, and scientific methodology. I am also interested in general philosophy of science, formal methods, and metaethics. I have a soft spot for Kant and philosophical fiction.
Before coming to Pitt HPS, I studied philosophy at King's College London, University of Cambridge, and Duke University. I also completed an MPhil in Economics at University of Oxford.
